Appointments & Cancellations

 

Appointments may be scheduled through our website or by contacting Signature Aesthetics.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments and cancellations are subject to our posted booking policies.

Appointment Arrival Policy

 

To ensure each client receives our full attention and a relaxing, uninterrupted experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early, please remain comfortably in your vehicle until your appointment time, as our aesthetician may still be attending to another guest or preparing the treatment room.

 

Late arrivals may require adjustments to your scheduled service or rescheduling to avoid affecting other appointments.

Health & Wellness Policy

For the health and safety of our clients and aesthetician, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, including cold or flu-like symptoms, coughing, congestion, sore throat, fever, or unusual allergy-like symptoms.

 

Clients who have traveled within the previous 14 days and experienced any symptoms of illness should contact us before their appointment.

 

As part of our pre-appointment screening, clients may be asked about recent travel, illness, and potential exposure to contagious conditions.

 

Even mild symptoms that appear to be seasonal allergies may indicate an illness. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for everyone.

Treatment recommendations and results vary according to individual skin conditions and needs. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

 

Service prices and availability are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
